Question

Seeds   Attached is a photo of something my pitcher plant has produced.  They look like seeds.  If they are, how do I plant them or get them to sprout?

Hi Debra,

That is a flower stalk with the little flower buds getting ready to open.  To get seeds from Nepenthes you need a male and a female plant.  Since the flowers are not open yet I can't tell which yours is.  Here's more information:  http://www.carnivorousplants.org/howto/Propagation/SeedsSBS.php
