Miniature Orange Tree

Question
I have a miniature orange tree that I have had for two years.  Recently, some of the leaves began to curl under.  They do not look unhealthy nor have they begun to fall off.  The tree seems healthy and is putting new leaves on currently.  It has not flowered or fruited in 6 months or so, also.  I did not know if the leaves beginning to curl under were a sign of something I need to be worried about.  I haven't changed my watering techniques or how often.

My second question is not as important, but as I said earlier my tree has not flowered in quite a while.  Spring is coming in a few months and I was wondering if there is something I can do to encourage my tree to bloom.

Thanks!

If your tree is in a pot, check to see if the roots are getting cramped in the pot. This may lead to a loss of vigor, leaf yellowing, and leaf drop.  Also, check the undersides of the curled leaves for any bugs like aphids that may be feeding in the area. If you don't see any insect, consider carrying a few leaves to your local garden center or local county Extension office for some help.  These folks may have seen this before and can see an actual sample of the leaves.  These are just some options for you to check on that I might suggest  since I cannot examine a real sample.
