Rust on orange tree leaves

Question
I have a 1 year old Valencia Orange tree.  In early January, I fertilized it with nitrogen and some citrus fertilizer  A big mistake!  The leaves turned yellowish but are getting more green in them now. The leaves are now getting a lot of rust on the underside.  Any suggestions?
PS. I live in Calif.ax85h

Answer
Hi Jay, Probably citrus rust mites, which you can get rid of with a copper spray which I do not use.  Or an organic product called Atomic Grow, which will clean the tree, remove any binding in the trunk or limbs from using the wrong products, raise the brix in the plant to make it sweeter fruit, make it tree have heavier yields , making a healthy tree that bugs will run the other way from.  Kathy
