The Brillion Iron Works (http://www.brillionfarmeq.com) makes farm equipment and machinery. If you have, say, a football field - the old fashioned kind, like they have at a school, with real grass instead of manmade turf - you need their catalog to be able to order monster lawnmowers, seeders, etc.  The questioner who recently started out his "Brillion" question mentioned it most likely because he wanted to make sure I knew he was serious about the project undertaken.  These are precision instruments and they do not come cheap.  If you don't have a football or a baseball field, an office complex or a wildlife preserve, you don't need one of these.
