Question
i am going to lay St augustine sod down and i wanted to know what other than plowing the dirt should i do to it ( dirt) and how much should i water it               thanks danny

I would apply a small amount of Starter fertilizer, 15-15-15, Water the sod well, But not so much that it puddles, You want to keep the sod moist for the first 2 weeks until it takes root. Water 8 min in the morning and once again in the afternoon. The amount of time depends on the weather. If it get cold at night just water a few minutes in the evening.
