Question
Hi, my Irritrol Kwik Dial LCD display is blank. The sprinkler
system itself is working but I am unable to set the times/days
as the display is completely blank. The controller is
positioned outside so I can't unplug it or access any wiring
myself. thanks.

Hey Cathy, you would need to find out how it is wired in and either turn off the circuit breker to the controller, or unplug the transformer. First take the battery out, power off the unit for about 1 minute, and then with the battery "out" of the unit power the unit back up. If it still doesn't give you a good display, then it is time to replace the unit. Good luck and have a great day.
