Plumera

Question
Do you know anything about the Plumera plant? I think that I spelled it right. Do you have to have a male and female for them to bloom? And any other information would be helpful. Thank You. Juanita

Answer
type garden web.com into your search engine. then type plumera. it will give you a site on the plant you request. you can ask questions on it about the plant. you don't have to have a male (stamin) and female (pistil) for them to bloom. the flowers are either male or female. some plants have all male flowers and some have all female flowers. some plants have both male and female flowers. the pollen (w/plant genetic material in it-like our genes) of the male flower must be transported to the female flower (polination)to produce a fruiting body w/seeds that carry the combined genetic material. basic sexual reproduction of plants.
