Question
QUESTION: I get lots of flowers but no produce I have used blossom set I live Phx Az what can I do to get the produce?

ANSWER: Debra:
It is normal for squash to set mostly male flowers at first. Wait a while and you should start to see the female blossoms and fruit. If not, then they are not getting pollinated (are you seeing bees around the flowers?).

QUESTION: No there is no bees I even have been using the q tip and nothing its been more then 3  months since I planted them now what should I do give up?

Answer
Debra:
Do you know how to differentiate between the male and female blossoms? If not, below are links to two photos that might help. Basically, the male blossom has a straight stem attached, while the female will have a small bulge directly below the petals.

I wouldn't give up, unless you need the space for something else. If you do have female flowers, make sure you are pollinating from freshly opened male blossoms. Cucurbits are hard to hand pollinate, you have to get both the male and female at just the right time.
