Question
Hello-
My pea plants are yellowing from the bottom up. They are bearing peas but yellowing rapidly. I grow them in containers but we had an extreme amount of rain lately. Could that be the cause? Can I do anything to save the plants or are they history?

Dear Lisa,
Excess water is hard on peas once they begin bearing, but also, peas have a very short production period.  I don't know where you are geographically, but we are at the edge of the Ozark Mountains and the peas are about finished, here.
