Question
Hi, I'm aware this might not be your specialty but I am not sure where/who to ask. :)
I live in Atlanta, GA USA

yesterday it rained for the first time in about 3 weeks.

3 flowers sprung up!

One looks like an orchid or a lily or something of some sort.

The next 2 are still babies but maybe someone might have an idea what they might grow up to be.
Are they weeds or something worth keeping? They're growing in a hanging flower pot with mossy dirt.

Answer
Hi Desirai,
Thanx for your questions and the pix.  It helps a lot to be able to study pix.  The first two pictures are of Lycoris radiata which is also known as red spider lily or hurricane lily.  Native to China now naturalized throughout the SE U.S.  Hardy from Zone 7-10.

The next set of pix, the first and third (9786 and 9788) appear to be juvenile wild amaranth, pretty much a weed but it is an edible weed used like cooked greens.  The 2nd may be an amaranth seedling.  It looks like on.

I hope this helps.
Tom
