What should I do? Cut them back, Cut the leaves, or leave them alone.

Join the club James! what a mess huh? ok, cut the melted leaves off and then let mother nature take over, if the corm didn't freeze (underground rhizome) then new leaves will begin to emerge from the center; the drawback is, this years fruit won't be as good as that of one that didn't go through a frost/freeze.
