Question
My palm tree has white fluffy sticky stuff all over the trunk of the tree. The trees don't look too happy - the leaves are browning.
Is this a fungus or a bug?
What would be the simplest way the fix the problem?

Hi Kelly, I really would need to see this substance to determine what it is; I'm going to suggest you take a sample of it to your local"Cooperative Extension Service", the Master Gardners there will be able to send a sample if necessary to the appropriate guru's and solve the problem for you....Nick
