can u tell me what kind of fertilize to use and how long does it take these trees to grow to enjoy there beauty

What growing zone do you reside?  Is this Sago Palm an indoor plant for you?  The soil outdoors should be moist and well drained, and a slow release fertilizer should be used. (eg milorganite)  They should be planted in full sun.
Hoped this helped.  The tropical plants I have are brought indoors in the colder months since I am in zone 6.
