organic solution for pests on my night blooming jasmine

Question
Hello
One of the great joys of living in south Florida is the profusion of fragrant flowers - one of the best is undoubtedly the night blooming jasmine. However, something is eating all my plants like crazy, starting with the new shoots and buds. Since our aquifer is so close to the surface (only about 5-8 ft where I live) are there any organic solutions to night eating caterpillars?

Answer
hi Melissa, it is indeed night feeding caterpillars or even slugs, and they only way I know to deal with them is to use a drench on the soil adjacent to the bush, this will kill them where they spend the daytime hours, organically, your guess is as good as mine...sorry....triaczide is a good granular to spread and water in..good luck Nick
