monstera slipt-leaf

Question
I have to large monstera split leaves, I live in S. Colorado and they are doing
great. But they are growing these long brown roots or vines with no leaves or
something else, I don't know. Please help me with wether I should just leave
them alone, cut them, or I don't know? Thank you, Christy

Answer
Hi Christy, don't cut them, this is part of their root system that is above the soil level, if you want to start a new plant then you can segment a section out by digging slightly down and cutting off a section with underground roots attached, otherwise just leave it be. good luck, Nick
