Question
We have two gigantic blue spruce in our backyard.  Recently, instead of one point at the top, they have started to grow two points at the top of the tree.  I think I remember someone telling me that this isn't good for the tree.  Is that true and is there something I need to do?  The trees are both about 20 feet tall.

This is not a problem. IF this fork were near the base of a young tree this could be a problem with it possibly breaking off when it get older. But with a tree this size a fork in the top will not matter. What more then likely will happen is one of the forks will become the top and the other will be a side branch. Do not worry about this the tree is OK.
