Question
Both of my  hollies  have a  black color  soot  on the leaves .. Any answers of what this could be ? Or is there anything i can spray on them ?  " HELP "

What you are seeing is a fungus called Sooty Mold. This fungus is growing on the excrement of scales called honeydew.

I would recommend spraying the plants with horticultural oil, making sure to coat the undersides of the leaves and the branches, to suffocate the insect causing the primary problem. Yoou can easily wash off the sooty mold during the spraying.
