Question
What do I need to do to my knock out rose bush?  The green bush itself is growing good it just doesn't bloom.  I have about 10 other roses and they are doing good, just the one isn't blooming.  Please help!!

Answer
If this is a new rose planted this year, it is acting normally. Knock Outs are very vigorous and they will take time to build up a rose bush and then they bloom. If it is an older one, then it sounds like you are being too generous with the fertilizer and this will make it grow but it will not bloom because it is using up all it's energy to make growth at the expense of making flowers. Knocks Out don't need a the same amount of food as say a hybrid tea does..
