Question
The leaves are coming out light green, in clusters,very narrow and shriveled up but still getting the right rose on the bush so I know it didn't revert to a wild rose.  I'm stumped.

Hello Candy,

If these leaves are for this year 2012, it sounds like a nutrient deffeciency.  

A good complete fertilizer should straighten them out. Osmocote is a good one and you can use a water soluble fertilzer as well.

If you can, please send a photgrapgh and I can make sure I am on target.
