looks like succulant sharp jagged leaves, even spaced nodes with two leaf sprouts at each tall and thin drops little seedlings from the jagged saw like leaves herd someone call it a mother plant light green stalk a little darker leaves   thank you for your help

I cannot be sure without seeing a photo, but I believe the plant you described is a Kalanchoe daigremontiana or mother of thousands.
