Manettia inflata

Question
My candy corn plant was doing very well for about 2 months. It
grew like crazy, and I repotted it twice. It again outgrow the pot,
and I repotted again. Since the last repot, it has not flowered,
and the leaves are turning brown from the tips. The vine is still
growing, but not as quickly. I do fertilize occationally, but not at
a different rate than before. Any ideas?

Answer
Is it getting direct sun?  If so make sure it is getting bright indirect light.  That could be causing it.  Next is the soil wet all the time.  That could cause it as well.  Make sure when you water it it is dry at the top of the soil.  It could be setting in wet soil and that is why it is drying up at the tips.
