Strange Jade

Question
I've had a Jade for about two years now and it's been doing really well! I've repoted fallen leaves and now have a whole collection of baby Jades. But recently I noticed something really strange about my bigger Jade. It's growing these strange clear tentacle like things out of it's branches.

At first I just thought it was flowering, but I looked up flowering jades and they look nothing like what I'm seeing. They look more like roots than anything but they're clear and they're growing right out of the branches!
(They're only sprouting on the side of the plant that gets the lease amount of sun)

Answer
Hannah,

I have had jades that have sprouted roots, and yes, the roots are clear. Just pinch them off and try to get the plant more sun. Basically it is not getting enough light. Turn it more often so both sides get more light. Good luck.
