My crown of thorns plant was left out and we had a freeze.  How can I revive it?  Thanks

Probably not. Depending how long it was out in freezing temps it could send new growth up from the roots. You might put it in a warm sunny window and water it minimally and see what happens. Be patient for a couple of months. I did the same think with a couple of plants so don't feel too bad. Good luck.
