I have been reading the info on size, etc. that are most likely to survive in the home for a while - my question is which type is the most fragrant?

I have no idea. I reccommend that you visit a nursery that carries them and smell for yourself or if you are mail ordering them you should email the nursery owner and discuss it with them. That is a very subjective question, every one smells eucalyptus differently. Some love it and some hate it. Some including me are allergic to it so I have never had a plant in my home. It does require a lot of sun so you must have a very suny location. Good luck with your project.
