worms in plants

Question
I keep finding long skinny worms on the floor (they seem to come out in the morning).  I just found three today!  I just noticed another writer talking about them.  The hibiscus and an "in the palm family" tree are the targets.  These plants also have stickiness on their leaves and have for some time.  I spray them each week with "end all" an all purpose insect plant spray.  A few days after I have sprayed the plants once again start to have leaves go yellow and die and the plants look like something has a "strangle hold" on them.  What else can I do to help them?  Does the worms have anything to do with this?

Thanks so much,
Mary

Answer
Those Worms must be freaking you out, Mary dear.  They'd freak out ME!

How long are these worms?  Inches?  Feet?  What color?  Are they in BOTH pots?

Short answer:  Repot.  Stop spraying.  What spray was that? What size are the pots we're talking about for both these plants?

The sticky leaves are a different problem, we will get to that, it's not an emergency.

But THIS!  Yikes!  rsvp
