Dragon plant from Aldi

Question
Dragon Plant
Dragon Plant
I bought this plant and of course love it!  However, after about 2 weeks in a new pot and being outside these brown spots starting forming on it.  They look dry but to the touch they are not.  I felt the soil and yes it was a little dry but not to bad.  went ahead and gave it some water.  Can you tell me anything about this?

Answer
Tiffany,

Your plant could have sunburn spots or it could be a fungal attack. I recommend that you treat it for both. First move it to a spot it will only get sun in the morning or evening but not in the hot afternoon.  Second, take a bottle of Lysol spray and spray the entire plant every 3 days for 3 weeks making sure you spray the tops and bottoms of all leaves and the surface of the soil each time you spray. Do not water it unless it has felt dry for 3 days. It needs to get very dry before watering. Keeping it too wet will cause root rot.

If you are still getting new spots after moving it to the shade and spraying it for 3 weeks e-mail me again and we will figure out the next step but I really think this will solve your problem. Good luck!
