what kind of light should i use for indoor growing ? light bulbs that say plant light are they good for growing or should i use something else and i heard that flouresant lights can be used for growing indoors is this true? thanks so much any imformation on indoor growing would be helpfuls thanks again, Mary

The little I know about using lights is that regular light bulbs is not good. The best is florescents called gro lux and second best is 1 warm white and 1 cool white together. Place 6" above plants and raise lights as plants grow. Herbs don't do well indoors unless some morning sun is added with circulating air and kept slightly moist. Rosemary is picky about indoors and basil needs 16 hours of light and 70 degrees plus. Good luck!
