Houseplant Lighting

Question
Hi, I don't have many areas in my townhouse where plants can get a good amount of sunlight.  I want to get some track lighting for the ceiling in my morning room to provide some light.  What kind of bulbs do I need to provide good light for the plants?  I read online that full spectrum incandescents or compact flourescents work well.  Is this correct?  Would regular bulbs work just as well?  Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Scott

Answer
Scott,

The compact flourescents would provide the best light and since they need to be on for 14 hours a day so since they are the most economical you are best off with those. A timer to turn them on and off would make it reallly easy. If you have more questions write again. Good luck.
