Question
I have 2 new little N. Deroose Alata in with the mother plant.  Can I separate the other 2 from the mother plant and grow them in separate pots or should I just leave them their in the same pot?

Hi Jay,

Chances are these are not separate plants, but offshoots from the main stem.  They will not have their own root systems.  You would need to treat them as stem cuttings and root them.  My recommendation is to not try and separate them.  Wait until new stems are long enough that you can take cuttings.
