RO Water

Question
I finally got tired of hauling gallon jugs from the store all the time and bought a RO unit.  Following the initial flush of the system, my TDS has leveled out at 32ppm.  Is this low enough to be used on my sundews?

Answer
Yes, that should be fine.  We recommend that the TDS be lower than 50, so you're in the safe zone.  Just monitor your water periodically to make sure the RO unit is working fine.  If you see the TDS creep up to 50, you may need to change the filter or make some sort of adjustment to the unit.  Also keep in mind that the closer you are to 50 ppm, the more likely you'll need to repot your plants with fresh media on a yearly basis.

Good growing!
