Hi Ishan,

You can.  Be careful on hot days, however, since they can heat the water more due to their reflectivity.  Overall I would say you are better off if you can get plastic trays.  You'll find quickly that since they are flimsy, you can't move plants in them very well compared to a rigid plastic tray.
