Question
I have a young pussy willow bush. This year it has developed a coating of small yellow bumps almost all over the leaves. Do you know what it is, and what to do about it?

The problem you have described sounds like willow blister gall.  Although unsightly, they do not cause serious harm.  Here are links to 2 websites that give additional information and have pictures of the problem.
