loosing my 9 years orange tree

Hi, my 6 feet tall orange tree after a recent storm (13"rain in 3 days) dying from the top down including the stem,change the leaf color to light green and loosing them slowly. since last week lost about 15% from the top and 50% leaves changing color and eventually die. I use Bayer insect control for the fruit trees in case killing grub worms.this tree has more than 50 orange on it now.I leave in Brownsville Tx. I Thank you in advance.

Hi Khosrow, Did it sit in water for 3 days? Stop all watering till ground dries and it needs to be watered again, No mulch around tree ever, is it possible the tree was hit with a weed wacker? If you passed all of this check out Atomic Grow to bring your plant back to health. kathy
