Moth problem

Question
I have had small gray moths (3/8" long) in my house (near Sacramento) for nearly a year.  I usually only see one or two per week, mostly in or near the kitchen.  Lately there have been more and it's getting anoying.  I kill them when I see them but they keep multiplying somewhere.  I find them in a cupboard near the frig, on the wall and in the ceiling light but cannot find their source.  I try to keep all food sealed up. Is there a trap or bait I can set out?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Answer
TOM,
small gray moths might be closemoths or indian meal moths !

Gray is usually closemoths ! If they are in the kitchen they maybe angromious meal moths or Indian meal moths !

Yes we do the trap is a phermone trap one catches the females and the other the males both non chemical !
See website insects limited or JF OAKS they both have the best traps in the nation !

The source is always food or organic in nature ! Non preservative food is a cause !

If this doesnt do the trick then call a reputable local pest control company not a national company they will be very expensive !
