I SEE SPARROW MAKING HOLE IN THE STUCCO ALMOST EVERYDAY. WHAT DO I DO TO DETER THEM FROM DOING THIS

Short-term solution is to cover the area with aluminum flashing.  Hanging mylar tape may also work to scare them.

if it is a house sparrow, you may be able to perform lethal control. Check your local laws. But house sparrows are no federally protected. Make sure it is a house sparrow. Killing another species is a big no no.
