bird (robin)

Question
I have a robin that has been pecking my car for several weeks. I moved the car from the front of my house to the backyard for a week and did not see the bird. I moved it back to the front after a week and the robin reappeared. I moved it back into my backyard and now it's their. I have to go to my back door several times a day to make noise. It flies away until I'm indoors and then comes back. It is leaving nicks in my paint and bird droppings everywhere. Please help!

Answer
Would love pictures of the damage, especially high resolution, with your finger in the photo for scale. Send to [email protected]

As for the robin the easiest solution would be to let your car get dirty so he can't see his reflection. Or you can cover your car with a cloth. ONce mating season is over and the angle of the sun changes, you won't have this problem again, at least for this year.

Don't bother with any other solutions, especially those silly ultrasound devices. Although ultrasound does repell money form people's wallets quite nicely. ;0
