Question

back view   I found this bug in my carpet? I found only one but my little one had some bites last night and I am thinking this bug bite him.

I live in central Texas.

Carlos, it looks like a stink bug, otherwise known as a squash bug.  They do try to get into homes, even up here in the midwest, once the weather starts getting warm.  If it is a stink bug, they are harmless, although they do leave an odor when killed.
