Question
1) what is the word in the organic movement with regards to those blue slug pellets that everyone are so fond of using?
2) I have been using salt to kill of the weeds in the area where I park my car, basically its a gravelled surface. will it kill the weeds permanently?

Re: Blue Slug Pellets.  Regret that I have no experience or working knowledge of this product.

Re: Salt to kill weeds.  Salt is an effective weed killer.  Applying it typically kills the targeted weeds and somewhat immunizes the area against future growth.  A single application typically does not offer a large degree of immunity.
