-----Question-----
these little green worm things are eating up my plants, what can i do but not hurt them?
-----Answer-----
Hi Colleen;
I would need to know what kind of worms they are.
Toads eat worms, and lizards eat some worms.
Search for pictures of garden pests and identify what kind of worms you have. Then I can help you more.
I have taods, grass snakes and lizards, and I just don't get pests because they eat all thet come on my place.

Answer
Hi Colleen;
Well, several years ago I read an article by a man who had an insect he couldn't identify, and he didn't want to use poisons so he gathered some of the worms in the blender with some water,and whirred them to crush them up, put them in the garden and sprayed the plants they were on.
That attracted the natural predators for that worm, and soon they were all gone.
His wife bought a new blender for the kitchen.
Don't blame her. LOL
Crushing them up made the odor of them more prominent.
Makes sense. Sort of like ringing the dinner bell to the birds or whatever eats that insect.
