Question
We had a modular put on our land and now have huge ruts because the company drove through the yard.  How do you recommend getting rid of these ruts?  Thank you, Jennifer

Dig up the soil in the ruts and loosen it with a spade. Rake smooth. Then spread grass seeds evenly over the area (try to use same shade of green and grass type as the existing) and keep the seedbed consistently moist (by watering several times per day) until the new seeds sprout.
