I know of no connection between dog urine and mushrooms.  If anything, the nitrogen in the urine will help to degrade any wood material below the soil surface which is feeding the mushrooms.

If you know what kind of mushrooms are growing, you may be able to treat the soil with a fungicide.  Treatment depends on fungus type.  Your ag agent should be able to help with ID and recommend treatment chemicals.
