When is the earliest I should be planting broccoli plants in the garden?  Green Bay, Wisconsin area.  Thanks so much for your time.

Broccoli are frost hardy and can be planted now. For your convenience, I am attaching two links to hardiness zones and for recommended planting times based on your last expected frost date. In the midwest, this is usually around Memorial Day.
