gardening/tomatoes & bell peppers

Question
One of our eight tomatoes (this one in a water-controller container) has yellow on the leaves and some of the stems are bent over to the point of easy to break off; sorta being real thin at the bent over area.  //// My bell peppers are losing their green color and turning pale greenish yellow.  Yes, we've had lots of rain and some 60 degree weather.  /// We water our tomatoes at the ground level, not watering the leaves.  /// Thank you for an early reply!!

Answer
Judi:

The yellow coloring of leaves usually is a result of poor nutrition. This can be caused by over watering. You need to be able to control the water and give the plants a good shot of organic fertilizer.

Pray for some hot water.

Best wishes.
