Jalepeno pepper plants

Question
If I pick all my peppers will the plant grow them again or do I have to save some seeds and replant for next crop?

Answer
Pepper plants will continue to produce until the first expected frost. Jalpenos are prolific producers and will produce over 50 peppers per plant. The more you harvest, the more they will produce.

I do not recommend harvesting seed from today's plants. The reason is that most are hybrids and will not produce exact replicates of the parent plants. It is best to purchase fresh seed every year for best results.

I hope this answered your question. Please write again if I can ever provide assistance.

Mike
