i intend to jar hot stuff cherry peppers, can i just stuff the peppers & jar them in olive oil, with out cooking them ? one of my basic ingriedents would be anchovies in the stuffing.     TONY

Yes you do not have to cook the peppers, however sealing the jars in a hot water bath will give them a longer shelf life for storing.
