Cedrus deodara

deodar cedar, Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodara) SEE-druss dee-oh-DAR-ah Genus:  Cedrus This evergreen, coniferous tree has a conical form and whorls of green needles. It grows to 100 feet tall and 30 feet wide with spreading branches and pendant branch tips. Showy, light brown cones mature in fall. Care:  Provide full sun and well-drained soil in USDA Hardiness Zones 6 to 9. Propagation:
