Perugia lily (asiatic?)

Question
I harvested seeds from my white lily Perugia and planted them indoors last fall.  They have grown into small plants with leaves unlike the mature plant.  Should I transplant them into bigger pots to enable them to grow and form a bulb?  I think they probably will be slow to mature.  Thanks.  Susan

Answer
Hi Susan,
Thanx for your question.  I think this is ahybrid lily that's why the seedlings are not resembling the parent plant.  Personally, I think it would be fun to try to grow out the seedlings and see what kind of plants you get.  You never know, you may have developed the next new entry into the garden world!  It will take 3 or more years for the first bloom.  I hope this helps.
Tom
