Question
Why would 2 dogwood trees which are 6 feet apart, both planted at exactly the same time, both given exactly the same care & both having the exact same exposure have such opposite flowering patterns? At this current time, one tree is absolutely covered with white flowers while the other has no flowers at all, not a single one.  Thanks.

Thanx for your question.  Unfortunately, I can't answer your question. I'm not a tree expert but we do have one here at Allexperts.  If you will go back to Home/Gardening and click on Trees and then click on Trees again, you'll find Jim Hyland who is our Allexperts Tree expert.  Jim has been with the US Forestry service for many years and has a wealth of knowledge about trees.  I hope this helps.
