Thanx for your question.  Fuji persimmons are hybrids and so you will probably not be able to find the seeds for sale in bulk as seed from hybrids do not result in plants resembling the parent plants.  Most fruit trees growin in the U.S. are the result of grafting.  Professional horticulturalists graft the hybrid cuttings onto a sturdy, hardy rootstock.  For instance, a lot of crab apple root stock is used for apple trees.  I'm not an expert at grafting or trees but I do know that this is the common method for mass propagation of fruit trees.  It also results in quicker fruiting.  A grafted tree can produce fruit in as few as 3 years.  A tree grown from seed will take 5-7 or more years to fruit.  I hope this helps.
