Question
my question is.  
  to plant a bismarck palm seed, when should the seeds be picked from the palm tree? can they be picjked green? or should they be dried? or when they fall of the plant?. at what stage?

Hi Willie,
Thanx for your question.  Don't pick the seeds from the Bismarck palm.  Allow the seeds to fall to the ground and then take them and clean them of the pulp and allow them to dry out for a couple of weeks and then plant them.  I hope this helps.
